Personal Data Processing Policy

1.1. It is the crucial goal of the Operator and a condition for its activities to observe the rights and freedoms of man and the citizen during the processing of his personal data, including the protection of rights to the inviolability of private life and to personal and family privacy.
1.2. This Personal Data Processing Policy of the Operator (the “Policy”) will apply to any information that the Operator may receive about visitors of the website http://algotecaqua.com.
2. Key Terms and Definitions
2.1 “Automatic processing of personal data” means the processing of personal data by computers.
2.2 “Blocking of personal data” means the temporary termination of the processing of personal data (except where processing is required to rectify personal data).

2.8. “Personal data” means any information that is directly or indirectly related to an identified or identifiable User of the website http://algotecaqua.com.
2.9. “User” means any visitor of the website http://algotecaqua.com.
2.10. “Provision of personal data” means actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a particular person or a particular group of persons.

3.1.3. Phone numbers.
3.1.4. Delivery address.
3.2. A User that is a legal entity or a sole proprietor:
3.2.1. Name of the legal entity/sole proprietor
3.2.2. Registration details of the legal entity/sole proprietor (Taxpayer Identification Number (INN), Code of Registration Reason (KPP), Primary State Registration (OGRN), Primary State Registration Number of Sole Proprietor (OGRIP))
3.2.3. Registered office and actual address
3.2.4. Delivery address
3.2.5. Full name of a representative of the legal entity/sole proprietor
3.2.6. Email address of the legal entity/sole proprietor, of a representative of the legal entity/sole proprietor
3.2.7. Contract phone number of the legal entity/sole proprietor, of a representative of the legal entity/sole proprietor
3.2.8. Bank details.
3.3. The website will also collect and process anonymized data about visitors (including cookies) using Internet statistics services (Yandex Metrics, Google Analytics, etc.).
3.4. Whenever used in this Policy, the above details will be collectively referred to as “Personal Data”.
4. Purpose of Personal Data Processing
4.1. The purpose of processing the personal data of a User will be to inform the User by email, enter into, perform, and terminate civil law contracts, and clarify the details of an order.
4.2. The Operator may also send to a User notifications of new products and services, special offers, and various events. A User may always refuse to receive information messages by emailing to the Operator a message marked “Unsubscribe from notifications of new products, services, or special offers” at Algotec.aqua@gmail.com.
4.3. Anonymized data of Users collected using the Internet statistics services will be used to collect information about a User’s actions on the website, improve the quality of the website and its content.
5. Legal Grounds for the Processing of Personal Data
5.1. The Operator will process the personal data of a User only if these are completed and/or sent by a User through special forms posted on the website http://algotecaqua.com. By completing relevant forms and/or sending his personal data to the Operator, a User will express his consent to this Policy. 6. The security of personal data that are processed by the Operator will be ensured through the implementation of legal, organizational, and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of the applicable laws concerning the protection of personal data.

6.2. The personal data of a User will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except as provided for in applicable laws.
6.3. Where there are any inaccuracies discovered in his personal data, a User can update his personal data independently by emailing a message marked “Update of personal data” to the Operator at Algotec.aqua@gmail.com.
6.4. The time limit for the processing of personal data will be unlimited. A User may at any time withdraw his consent to the processing of personal data by emailing a message marked “Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data” to the Operator at Algotec.aqua@gmail.com
7. Final Provisions
7.1. A User may receive any clarifications on any questions that the User may have regarding the processing of his personal data by applying to the Operator at Algotec.aqua@gmail.com
7.2. This document will show any changes made by the Operator to the Personal Data Processing Policy. This Policy will remain in effect until replaced with a new version.
